Return Policy

We are dedicated to bringing you the best in beauty, from the second you place your order until you’ve used it to the very last drop. We’re happy to go over your concerns and chat about the best way to get the most out of your purchase.

If you would like to return your product, you need to contact us within 15 days of purchase. You’ll need a return merchandise authorization number (RMA) in order for it to be accepted. Email us to get your RMA. Please include your billing customer name, order number and serial number (if applicable) in your email. Any returns sent without an RMA cannot be accepted.

In order for us to authorize your return, you need to meet all of the following conditions. Please read carefully:

  1. Returned merchandise must be returned in original packaging, freight prepaid, unused, and in resalable condition. All parts, pieces, cords, chargers, printed materials, promotional items, gifts with purchase and any original product packaging must be returned. Returned products may not be altered. 
  2. Returns are subject to 20% restocking fee, unless the return was a result of an error. When you return a product, you will receive a refund calculated accordingly, credited to your original payment method. For all returns, shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  3. Any special-order items, purchased samples, discontinued items, clearance items, final sales items or multiple quantity items that require a separate order are considered final sale and non-returnable. This includes special orders on discontinued items and any bulk-ordered item purchased in quantities greater than 3.
  4. The customer is responsible for shipping charges on the returned merchandise and should ship the product using a method that allows the package to be traced. The shipment should also be insured. No COD packages will be accepted.
  5. RMA numbers are valid for 7 days. Returns must be in their original packaging and must be postmarked or have visible tracking within 7 days of receiving a RMA.
  6. We can only accept returns/exchanges on two individual items in any 365-day period. After this limit has been reached, you are no longer able to return or exchange items until the 365-day period has passed.
  7. We reserve all the rights to deny the return or issue a store credit if the item is not returned complete with original packaging or any other reason. 

We sincerely appreciate your assistance and understanding in adhering to this return policy. Please remember that we reserve the right to refuse a refund on any return shipment. Multiple return requests are subject to our review. We may also deny multiple refunds on products purchased and returned more than once.

Returns that do not meet the return policy criteria will not qualify for a refund and may be returned at the customer's expense.

Defective / Broken / Damaged Products

Once your order arrives, please examine it for any damage that may have occurred during shipping. If a product has been broken or damaged during shipping, we sincerely apologize! Please contact us immediately to get instructions. Please keep the box, packaging materials, and damaged items for inspection by the carrier.

 

Non-returnable Items

Due to manufacturer specifications, we are unable to accept returns on certain products. Certain other products must be processed through the original manufacturer per warranty instructions. Please contact us to check if your purchase is eligible for return.

 

Order Cancellation 

Due to our commitment to process orders quickly, once the checkout process is completed our warehouse is immediately notified to pick the order for shipment. Orders cannot be canceled or changed once submitted. Your order will be subject to 15% cancellation fee if requested to be cancelled before we fully process the order. Processed orders can not be canceled. 

 

Refused / Undeliverable Packages

If your package is refused or undeliverable at the time of delivery, an undeliverable package fee will be assessed. The fee is $15.00 for domestic orders and $30.00 for international orders. Please double-check your shipping address before you place an order to avoid incurring this fee.
